Tahphanese BraswellI honestly don't know where to begin! So I will start from the beginning! I was in a position where I had no other choice but to rent vehicles for an extended time period. I rented through other major car rental companies and my experience was fine, however, I was referred to Value Auto Rental by a trusted family member who has been renting from this company for many years. She told me to ask for "Manny" and boy oh boy am I glad I did! Not only did he go above and beyond to make sure I wa placed securely in one of their vehicles, he demonstrated the true meaning of customer service everytime I walked into the office or called on the phone. Brian was also just as gracious and hospitable. I rented various vehicles over approximately 5 months and I had ZERO issues! They have a life long customer and I have already been spreading the word! They might as well make me the face of VAR... hahaha! Thank you Manny and Brian for always making sure Miss Cali was taken care of!

Read MoreGreat experience from start to finish! We needed a 12 passenger van to take some family members to Florida from New Jersey for a family emergency. It was really easy to reserve the van online. We received an email confirmation of the reservation with prices as quoted. When we went to pick the van up, the staff knew our names before we told them, everyone was professional, friendly and courteous. The van was almost new, in great running condition, and a very comfortable ride for over 1000 miles. Returning the van was the same great experience. We would definitely do business with Value Van and Car Rental again and refer all of our friends!

Read MoreI have rented several times 15 passenger vans for my church in Pennsylvania.
It is true that this company has the largest selection of van of all sizes which fit different needs. If you need 6 vans, they have them. You do not need to go to different places.
As a non profit organization, I was able to save the sale taxes. They were flexible and willing to help me.
We had an issue one time but they accepted to work it out with us and split the cost 50/50. That is quite impossible to do with a very large company where you are just a number.
Also I like that you can leave your car in their parking lot for free during your rental. It helps.
We will definitely use them again.

Dennis HallPickup was as easy as any other rental, and the staff had good COVID precautions in place (masks, distancing, a different pen for each customer, etc.) The van's cab was clean and appeared to be well-sanitized. The after hours return went without a hitch. I would gladly rent from Value again!
